What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card. Personal or business checks are accepted but will have to clear before items are shipped.

Will I get a receipt with my order?
No. Please print your order confirmation as your receipt. A packing slip will be included with your order.

Will my credit card be charged immediately?
Your credit card will be charged prior to shipping. Any problems with your credit card can result in shipping delays. Please make sure your contact information is correct in case we need to verify your credit card.

How will my order be delivered and when will I receive my order?
We ship most orders UPS, but small numbers of samples are shipped through the USPS (postal service) to save you some money. If you elect standard delivery, your order will arrive in approximately 5-7 days. Express delivery options will be delivered faster. If you need something delivered overnight, please contact us by phone. All overnight orders must be placed by 1 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.

My order hasn't arrived. How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you'll receive an e-mail with your tracking number. Go to our Track Your Order page and input your tracking number. You'll be able to find out where your package is and when it will be delivered. It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the carrier’s Web site.

Can you ship to an international address?
Yes, please call for shipping rates. You will be responsible for all customs and duty taxes.

How do I change or cancel an order?
If for any reason you would like to cancel or change your order please call. We will do everything that we can to accommodate your requests.

Can you store my personal information so I don't have to continue completing my information when placing an order?

Why didn't I receive an e-mail confirmation?
An incorrect e-mail address may have been entered. Please call with your order confirmation number and we will confirm that your order has been placed.
