Shipping Policy
Shipping Guidelines
All orders are processed on Mon – Fri after the charge has cleared. They are then filled and Tuesday – Thursday and shipped Mon - Thursday, in some cases we will ship on Friday but do not like doing this. Any order requiring faster service or expediting of filling is subject to additional charges. For rush orders, please call our office Mon-Fri between 0830 and 1630 (8:30 AM and 4:30 PM) AZ Time.
Carriers We no longer offer free shipping. We do ship primarily via FedEx Ground, but some shipments may be shipped via UPS Ground or United States Postal Service for all orders to the continental US, including most APO and FPO military addresses. Regular Ground rates will apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders and additional charges may be accrued due to these specialized locations. All duties and broker fees is the responsibility of the customer.
Please call for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and all International locations. We do not offer shipping through the website.
Some products will be shipped via USPS to save our comers money. If you do not get a tracking number form us within 7 business day, please contact our office to find out the status of the order.
Damage Claims
All orders should be opened and inspected upon receipt and before signing for the product. Signing for shipped goods releases GGWP (Go Green World Products) from responsibility and confirms that the product was received in good condition. If damage is found after signing for the package/s, as it is laid out by the shipping agents, it will be the customer’s responsibility to file said claim/s with the shipping agent. If replacement product is requested immediately for an outstanding claim, GGWP will replace the alleged damage product at cost and will reimburse the customer upon settlement with the shipping agent.
If a package arrives damaged, note the damage and call us immediately. If the driver is still present, ask that the damage be noted. This will expedite shipping claims. Do not discard product or packaging. The carrier may wish to inspect the package before paying a claim.
Regular delivery hours are Monday through Friday. We do not guarantee the arrival times of packages being delivered to residential addresses.
Discrepancies
Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival. Customers have 5 days from delivery to report any discrepancy between what was ordered and what was actually shipped.
REFUND POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or need to cancel, we're here to help.
Returns:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. This excludes paints that have been tinted or color matched. See product warranty for paints.
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or by check at our discretion. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies or by check being mailed out within 15 days via USPS.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Order Cancellation:
You can cancel any order prior to it going into process. Once placed in process, the only part of the order that can be canceled is any product that has not been colored yet, or specially orders if they have not gone into the manufacturing process. A full or partial refund will be mailed to you via a business refund check. If product has been manufactured or colored already, there will be no refund on those items. You will be notified of the status and if the cancellation is still desired, the refund will only be on those products that have not been colored or completed manufacturing. Shipping will be refund as you have not used that. If only part of the order is canceled and the portion of the product manufactured or colored is to be shipped; we will refund the remaining amount of funds not used.
