As it applies to the Renaissance paint colors. These color samples are only an approximation of the true colors offered. Due to variation in screens, software, graphics cards and systems these colors although entered using the actual RGB numbers. for whatever reason do not looks like the actual colors from one PC to the next, they generally shift compared to the as-painted color. Please order a color cards or fan deck to ensure you get the color you desire and receive the color you expect.

Also, if you would prefer a color which is not contained in the original Renaissance color palette, we can color match other manufacture colors. We only need to know the manufacture, color name and color number. Or you can pick up a color swatch from your local hardware or paint store and mail it to us to match. We have currently matched over 350 colors to date. 

Due to a very few amount of customers not wanting to get the color card, then complaining that they received the wrong color. The above statement has been modified. Note: As per the warranty, color is not a valid reason for refund or product replacement, if the customer neglected to order a color card. Although very slim due to the QC steps we have in place, we will replace any paint that was incorrectly colored by us.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may bring, but we strive to help our customers in getting what they want. We cannot force them to get the card or fan deck, we can only stress the importance of it. Assuming the colors are slightly off from the actual color would be a very bad assumption.
